Forgotten your PIN? No need to panic.
Log out of the Quick PIN screen, then sign in with your Username and Password to generate a new one.
If you're a Staff user, ask your Administrator to log in and reset your PIN for you.
Once you're logged in as administrator, where you go next depends on whether you're resetting a User's PIN or an Operator's PIN.
Jump to:
- Resetting a User's PIN: staff who log in with a Username and Password.
- Resetting an Operator's PIN: staff with a column on the Appointments page.
Resetting a User's PIN
Click your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu, then Account > Manage Users.
Click Edit next to the user who has forgotten their PIN.
Click Generate New, then confirm you want to reset the PIN.
Once you click OK, you'll see their new PIN on screen.
You can come back to Manage Users any time to check a PIN or generate a new one.
Resetting an Operator's PIN
Instead, go to Admin, then the Operators tab.
Click Edit on the operator, and open the Security section on the right side panel.
Click Generate New to get them a new PIN.
Note: if someone has both a User login and an Operator column, either PIN works, and you can reset them separately from the Operator Details or User Details screen.
