You can opt to have clients pay for their online bookings one of three ways—Pay At Salon, Pay Full Amount and Require Deposits.
Pay In Person
When Pay In Person is active, your client's will book online and pay for their booking via any payment method when they come in for their appointment, e.g. Cash, EFTPOS, AfterPay, ZipPay etc.
Pay Full Amount
Alternatively, when Pay Full Amount is active, all clients will pay in full at the time they make their online booking. When you Accept the client's online booking, the full amount is charged to the client's credit card.
Before you can use Pay Full Amount, you will need to create a Stripe account for payments to process. Please click here to learn how to set this up.
Require Deposit
When Require Deposit is active, clients will be required to pay a percentage of their service price, based on your choosing. The following article will go in depth on our Online Booking Deposits system:

Selecting Your Booking Payment Method
Go to the Online section of your Simple Salon account. Then go to the Admin tab, then expand General Settings.
Under the Booking Payment Method section choose either Pay At Salon, Pay Full Amount or Require Deposit and click Save.
