Client Categories aren't just for organising your client list, they're a handy way to target market too. Once your clients are sorted into categories, you can send an SMS or email straight to everyone in a category to bring them back through the door.

Sending an SMS or Email to a Specific Client Category
- Go to Marketing, then click All Clients.
- Use the Category filter to pick the client category you want to target.
- Click Send SMS or Send Email to message everyone in that group.
Note: most of the other options on the Marketing page also have a Category filter. You can combine a client category with other conditions, for example clients from a category who haven't been in for 6 months.
Get creative with your marketing. Once your categories are set up, you can target the right group with the right message any time you like.
