Enhance your online presence by connecting your Simple Salon account to Reserve with Google. This powerful feature adds a dedicated button to your Google listing, giving users direct access to your Online Booking site.
By leveraging Reserve with Google, your business gains a significant advantage, as it streamlines the booking process, increases visibility, and attracts more potential customers!

Before you can connect, you must:

Add or claim your business on Google if you haven’t already.

Verify that your Google business address matches your address listed in Simple Salon.
- Enable a payment method for Online Bookings, such as Require Deposit or Pay Full Amount. This requirement serves to ensure that all bookings made through the platform are legitimate and committed. By requiring a payment method, it adds a layer of security, mitigating the risk of fraudulent or invalid reservations.
Enable Reserve with Google
Go to your Account page:
Click the Actions menu, and select Reserve with Google (under Booking Add-Ons):
Turn on the Reserve with Google Enabled setting, and click Save.
Click Yes, enable it to proceed:
Once you've enabled the connection, please allow at least 24 hours for your data to be accessible via Google.
The existing operators and services currently added to your company's Online Booking site (via Online > Setup) will be available on Reserve with Google.
Important Notes:
- Service Names must not include prices or durations. It is also recommended by Google that you have a description added to online services. This can be done in your Simple Salon account, by going to Admin then into Services. Click Edit next to the service, and add a description in the Description section (it cannot be the same as the service 'Name'.) Click Save once complete.
What will my clients see?
Once your connection to Reserve with Google is active, your Google listing will have a Book Online button, like so:
After clicking Book Online, clients will be taken directly to your Online Bookings site, where they can select a service, choose a date and time, and make the booking:

Disable Reserve with Google
To disable Reserve with Google for your business:
Go to your Account page:
Click the Actions menu, and select Reserve with Google (under Booking Add-Ons):
Turn off the Reserve with Google Enabled setting, and click Save.
Click Yes, disable it to proceed:
Once you've disabled the connection, please allow at least 24 hours for your data to be removed from Google.
