Need to book two clients with the same operator at the same time? Double Book gives that operator a second column so you can fit both in.
Turning on Double Book from the column header
- On your Appointments page, click the three dots next to the operator's name at the top of their column.
- Click Double Book.
The operator now has two columns side by side. Book into either one the same way you'd book any appointment.
Turning on Double Book from an appointment
You can also turn it on from an existing appointment. Click the appointment, then click Double Book in the Visit Details pop-up. This gives that operator a second column too.
What happens to the second column
If you book an appointment into the second column, both columns stay on the diary. If you don't end up booking anything there, the extra column disappears on its own when you leave the page or refresh.
