If you see a Pay Now prompt when you log in, it means that unfortunately your last monthly direct debit payment declined.
This could be due to insufficient funds or incorrect/invalid direct debit credit card details.
What you have to do is click Pay Now, before the suspension date mentioned, and follow the prompts to pay the outstanding amount using a credit card.
Keep in mind that the credit card you use to Pay Now will become your new monthly direct debit details. Therefore, if you are using a credit card which you do not wish to become the monthly direct debit details, you can update your credit card details again after you've gone through the Pay Now process.
