The Appointments Report shows all appointments booked within a selected date range. Use it to review appointment volume, filter by booking source, check payment status, and send messages to clients with upcoming or past appointments.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu, then select Appointments Report from the report list.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| From / To | Set the date range for appointments to include. |
| Operator | Filter by a specific staff member. |
| Booking Type | Filter by how the appointment was created. Options: All, Appointment Page, Online Booking, POS Page, Reserve with Google, Slick. |
| Status | Filter by payment status. Options: All, Open, Paid, Partially Paid. |
| Tasks | Toggle to include tasks in the results. |
| Roster | Toggle to include roster entries in the results. |
| FLAGS | Filter by appointment flags if you use flagging in your salon. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |

| Time | The scheduled start time. |
| Client | The client's name. |
| Mobile | The client's mobile number. |
| Operator | The staff member assigned to the appointment. |
| Services | The services booked for the appointment. |
| Status | Whether the appointment is Open, Paid, or Partially Paid. |
| Booking Type | How the appointment was created (e.g. Online Booking, Appointment Page). |

How to Use
- Navigate to Reporting and select Appointments Report.
- Set the From and To dates for the period you want to review.
- Optionally filter by Operator, Booking Type, or Status.
- Click Go to generate the report.
- Review the appointments listed. Use the action buttons to send messages or export data.
Sending an SMS to Clients with Future Appointments
One of the most common uses for this report is contacting clients who have appointments booked in the future. For example, if a staff member is sick and you need to reschedule:
- Set the date range to the day(s) affected.
- Filter by the Operator who is unavailable.
- Click Send SMS to notify all affected clients at once.
Example Scenario
You want to see how many online bookings your salon received last month. Set the date range to last month, filter Booking Type to Online Booking, and run the report. You can see every appointment that was booked online, which operators they were with, and whether they have been paid. Export as CSV to share the data with your team.
