Adding HTML to Email Invoice Template

If you have a HTML Email Signature that you would like to add to current Invoices, this is possible within Simple Salon.

In this example, we are going to be adding a HTML Email Signature snippet from Grade.us. This would allow clients to review your salon after receiving an email invoice.

Please note, it is advised to not make any changes to HTML if you are unsure—deleting the incorrect line will cause the invoice to not work.

Check which email invoice template you're currently using under Settings > Cash Register Settings > Email Invoice Template.

Go to Admin > Lists > SMS & Email Templates.

Find the invoice template, and click Edit (if you're using the "Default Email Invoice", then you'll need to press Copy).

4. Click the HTML button, then paste the HTML in the invoice. We have placed it directly under the last line of the message. You can also update the Template Name. Make sure you Save!

If you were using "Default Email Invoice" and made a copy, go back to Settings > Cash Register Settings, and change the Email Invoice Template setting to your new email invoice template that has the HTML, and click Save.

You can also check what it will look like back in SMS & Email Templates:

When your client's receive an email, the review email signature will appear at the bottom of their invoice:
