Setting up Operator Columns

Let's give each of your operators an appointment column.

Go to your Admin page, select your Operators tab, click the New button to create your first operator.

On right side panel fill out all relevant operator details. Once you feel as though you have captured enough details, click Save. Your operator will now have themselves a column in your Appointment page.

Do this for each of your operators, and your Appointments page will begin to take shape.

NOTE: If you have an operator that does not need a column on the appointments page, go to the Security drop down in Operator Details, and un-tick 'Show On Appointments'.

If you would prefer your operator columns to be bigger/smaller, go to Settings (top right corner icon) then Appointment Settings, then change the Column Width:
