Checking history with comments only
1. Tap on the client's appointment on the Appointments page.
2. From the Visit Details window, select the History tab.
This will give you a list of the client's service history, but only appointments that had comments included will be shown.
Checking all visit history
If the client has an appointment:
1. Tap on the client's name on their appointment.
2. In the Visit Details window, tap on the client's name at the top (where the green arrow button is).
3. You'll be taken to their Client Details page. Swipe to the bottom of the page to find the Bookings tab. This will give you a list of all of the client's appointments.
If the client doesn't have an appointment:
1. Go to the Appointments page.
2. Tap the magnifying glass at the top of the page.
3. Type the client's name in the Search Client section, and tap on their name to go to their Client Details page.
4. At the bottom of the page you'll find the Bookings tab. This will give you a list of all of the client's appointments.
