If your Xero connection isn't working, and your end of day figures are not being sent into Xero, no worries at all—this will be a simple fix. Here is a 2 second easy-to-follow checklist designed specifically for you to troubleshoot your setup. There will be something simple that isn't setup correctly, and a minor adjustment will have you back in working order.
Have you filled out ALL of your Xero settings?
Go to Account > Actions menu > Xero. On the right side panel do you see '------' in any of the drop down menu settings?
If so, you need to pick an account for each of the drop down menus you see '------' in. The connection won't work if you don't pick something for every one of these settings, even Contact For Invoice.

I don't have anything in the Contact For Invoice section, what do I do?
