Why don’t I have any historic End of Day figures?

Unless you have the Advanced End of Day process enabled, you will be unable to access historic End of Day figures, as an End of Day process isn't actually run with the default version.

The simple version involves running the equivalent of the Summary Report which is located in Reporting > Report List, or accessed by clicking POS > Manage > Run End-Of-Day Report.

You can always refer to the Summary Report if you need to gather figures for past dates.

If you have trouble opening the Summary Report, make sure you have pop-ups enabled for Simple Salon, as the report generated will open up in a new window.
