Your Online Booking mini-site includes a Next Available option—allowing for an efficient way to skip through unavailable dates, and providing a smooth booking experience for your clients.
When a client has searched for an appointment that is unavailable for their requested date—they can select the Next Available or Search for next available links:
The client will be brought over to the next available day, where they can continue the online booking process by selecting the time they would like to Book:
The client can also choose to continue browsing through to previous days or to the next day by clicking on the arrows as shown below:
If a client is unable to find a booking with a specific operator, it is likely the operator isn't rostered on properly, or they are fully booked for the next 6 weeks. Ensure that all operators are correctly rostered, and are enabled to perform all relevant services.
