If you are using Advanced Rostering, then this is how you will need to open up the time which is available for online bookings.
Open up the time in the Roster to be available for online bookings
You can set up your days and times anyway you like. Perhaps you don't want clients being able to book online on a specific day, you can control this in your Roster.
Go to Roster, click on one of the roster types, which has been rostered for one of your operators i.e. the "Rostered On" from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Note: If you haven't yet rostered your operators, click the icon next to an operator name and use the menus on the right side panel to roster them on and off. Tick the Allow Online Bookings accordingly, for the times which clients can book in for appointments with that operator.
Once you've clicked the Rostered On, the Roster Item Details will display on right side panel. Tick Allow Online Bookings, and Save. You have now told the system that between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm on these days, clients can book appointments online for this particular operator.
Do this for each operator in the Roster—click the Roster Item and tick Allow Online Bookings where applicable.
