As you might already know, you can group together services and/or products into pre-paid packages for your clients to purchase. They can redeem their pre-paid package items as they go. If you haven't yet set these up, click here to learn how.
When you book in a clients pre-paid service into the Appointment book, it will display as the colour grey by default.
However if you would like a pre-paid service to turn green when flagged as Arrived, you can enable a setting.
Simply go to Settings:
Then Appointment Settings. Tick Enable Arrived flag colour for Paid Appointments, click Save:
Now on the Appointments page, go to the clients appointment and click the client's name to bring up Visit Details:
Click the Flag As... tab, then tick the Arrived option.
The clients pre-paid appointment will turn green on the Appointments page:
Note: This feature can also be helpful when you are using the Pay Full Amount option for your Online Bookings.
