Why is the Buy Credits or Summary Report link not working?

If you have clicked something in your Simple Salon account (i.e. the Summary Report, or the Buy Credits option when connecting to Simple Salon Messaging) and nothing has happened, it means that you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings.

You will need to go into your browser settings and 'Allow Pop Ups'

Please allow pop-ups for all sites with a web address containing simplesalon.com.

Keep in mind that if you have recently updated or changed your browser, it may have reset the browser settings.
