Making your appointments longer or shorter on iOS or Android device
Jane has long locks, so it takes slightly longer to apply the colour, 30 minutes is not quite enough time, so we're going to make it 45 minutes.
Tap the client's name on their appointment and the Visit Details window will pop up.
In the Visits Details section, next to Duration tap the minutes link. In this case, it is the 30 mins link.
Select from the menu the new duration.
Take a look at your Appointments page, we've now got 45 minutes to apply Jane's Colour.
Moving appointments your iOS or Android device
Tap the client's name on their appointment and in the Visit Details window, select Move.
Your Clipboard will be enabled on the right side panel, and your appointments will be waiting on the sidelines for you to paste them back down onto the new day or at the new time.
If you are moving your client's appointments to a new day, use the calendar icon to find your new date.
Once you've settled on your new day/time, tap the time slot in the operator column where you'd like to move the appointment to. One at a time, paste your appointments into their new time.
Done. Appointments moved.
