Moving an Appointment to a New Time or Operator

The Simple Salon App allows you to quickly and easily move, lengthen or shorten an appointment. No need to do it on the computer—just grab your smartphone!

This article will show you how to move an appointment to a new time with the same operator, and a new time with a different operator.

Moving an appointment to a new time for the same operator

Here's the appointment we want to move:

Press the appointment for a second or two.

You'll know that the appointment has been selected when the appointment colour darkens, and small white circles appear in the corners.

Hold your finger on the appointment and drag it to the new time slot. Let the appointment go and it will drop into the new time.

Moving an appointment to a different time and a different operator

Find the appointment you want to move, then press the appointment. You'll know that the appointment has been selected when the appointment colour darkens and small white circles appear in the corners.

Choose a new operator by selecting the Operator menu (the operator name on the top centre).

Hold your finger on the appointment and drag it to the new time slot. Let the appointment go and it will drop into the new time.
